Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of DRI CANADA sets strategic direction, goals and policy, and offers guidance, under the guidelines and ethical direction set by DRI International. The Board is the governing body of DRI CANADA and is responsible for the business direction, policy making, public awareness and fiscal management of the organization.

Call for Nominations

If you are interested in advancing the profession and strategic direction of the organization, we encourage you to consider put your name forward to serve on the board of directors.  

 
Participation of our certified professionals is the most important element in sustaining our growing profession. DRI Canada is seeking dynamic individuals to join our volunteer board of directors that are looking to meaningfully contribute to the advancement of our profession and certification. If you are active in the business continuity community, have a passion for advancing the profession and eager to put your enthusiasm and volunteer on a national scale, I encourage you to put your name forward.  Nomination forms are attached to the email, and available for download on the website.

There are seven (7) positions for available for election in 2024, each for a three year term:

• Director Atlantic Region (Atlantic Canada)
• Director Ontario Region
• Director Quebec Region
• Director Central Region (Manitoba, Nunavut and Northwest Territories)
• Director Pacific Region (British Columbia and Yukon)
